For this week's episode, PhD student Yesenia Zetino who studies immigrant mental health, helps us understand why we struggle to set boundaries with our parents as we get older, why it makes us feel so guilty to say no, and how making ourselves a priority will always be better in the long run. Though this episode is specifically about immigrant families, it can be applied to all of us who struggle with setting boundaries in our families.
