Holy macaroli! It's our 10th episode of the podcast already! Time has flown by and it's crazy to think we've been doing this for more than 2 months! Anyway, no need to get emotional. For the weekly recap, we have a lottttt going on! A lot of March Madness upsets and chaos and the Final Four stage is set. We also had a recent event on Monday in Nashville that we talk about. Then, our topic this week is about manifesting, setting intentions, and affirmations that may help you get what you want. I briefly chat about what the main idea is, what's worked for me, and some examples. Having goals and dreams is good, but sometimes you have to change your mindset to get to the end goal, and that is basically what manifesting is in a nutshell.
