"Self-care is a lifestyle not a new year resolution",

"To take care of ourselves actually it’s not about the big gestures that we do, it’s actually the small consistent things that we do to nourish not just our bodies but our minds and soul"

These were the words of my guest and they really conveyed the message for the very first episode of My Mentor podcast.

Dr Chichi Menakaya is a Trauma expert, an Orthopedic Surgeon, a medical concierge consultant and a women empowerment expert. She has intervened in every facets of women's growth and spoke extensively on most of the health challenges we face from first menstrual experience to weak bones and menopause.
