Have you ever struggled to get started on a task because you don’t understand what it is, or the job seems like it might be too big, or it’s just not clear enough? The good news is, you are not alone. Many people struggle with getting started with their goals simply because they have not made them specific enough.
The best place to start when you are thinking about goal setting is to start with that old acronym SMART. SMART stands for specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, and time-bound. When we are clear about what we want, it makes it easier for us to achieve it.
In this episode, I will be taking you through setting up goals using the acronym SMART. Listen in and Learn.

Stand Out quotes from the Episode:
“The more specific your goals are, the easier they’re going to be to achieve.”
“SMART goals and actions have to be challenging enough to inspire you, but realistic enough so that you believe you can achieve them.”
“Without putting that date in, there’s less incentive to work toward your goals.”
“When you know what you’re working towards, and your why behind it, goals can be fun and inspiring. They don’t have to be these scary and overwhelming things. When goals are clearly defined, it's so much easier to get started on, to take that action, and to stay motivated.”
“Anytime a goal isn’t working for you, you can change it. Goals are meant to be flexible.”
