Did you know that only 9.2% of people in the world actually complete and keep their new year's resolutions? 90% will break or even forget about their resolutions even before January ends. Challenging yourself every day is the challenge itself. You need to listen to yourself and carry out a plan that will allow you to win. Write what you want and put a plan of attack to put that into action. Change your goals and turn them into targets. Remember that you will never rise to the level of your goals. You will fall to the level of your systems and your standards. As you increase your standards, the floor rises. You should challenge yourself to create the outcomes you want.
