🎙️ Wellbeing at SETU – New Podcast Episode 💚
In this episode, we sit down with Annemarie to talk all about student wellbeing and why looking after yourself is so important during college life. We discuss what wellbeing really means beyond the buzzword, and how students can create healthier habits that support both their mental and physical health while managing the demands of college.
We explore the importance of routines, balance, self-care, sleep, exercise, and mindset, along with practical advice that students can start using straight away. From dealing with busy schedules to staying motivated and building positive habits, this conversation is full of helpful tips and realistic guidance for student life.
College can sometimes feel overwhelming, but support is always available, and no one has to manage challenges alone. If you ever need help, the SETU Student Counselling Service is there to provide confidential support and guidance.
