Sevan Ross is a Zen priest and teacher. In this dialogue with William Rock on Art and Inspiration, Sevan Ross speaks of various Zen practice techniques. He says, "Zen has practices that have the mind spill in upon itself until the mind collapses into itself and disappears" and "when you forget the artificial self is when you are really alive." Most importantly Sevan Ross says, "have faith that you can't fall out of the universe."
