The holidays are almost upon us, and for some this time of year can be really hard. I feel you.
Regardless of your traditions or plans, everyone faces stress this time of year and it seems to be magnified when it comes to health, wellness, self esteem, confidence and body image!
The holiday period is often a time of over-indulgence, guilt, spending time with people (in person or online since it is 2020) who are all too quick to shame based on your body. This time of year can mean a loss of routine and structure, then at the end we decide to put a bow on top with a New Years Resolution that we know we won't keep more than a couple weeks into the year.
Sounds... exciting??
Not so much.
