Kassandra Cantrell and her twin brother Rob, were born on the 25th of May 1987 and lived in Tacoma, Washington. The pair grew up enjoying all things scary and shared a love for horror films- Kassandra’s favourite holiday was halloween and one year she went as Velma- something that her killer would come back to years later.
