Aaron and Glenys get to the topic you’ve all been waiting for: SEX. More specifically, sex and body image. In this episode, they speak to Dr. Linda Baggett, a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in counseling psychology and an expert in the intersections of gender, body image, sexuality, and trauma. They discuss all things sex and body image: the embarrassment many feel of being seen naked, the cult of secrecy around female genitals, the role of patriarchy in sexual relations, how sexual orientation intersects with body image, and so much more. Linda currently is part of a group practice called Thrive Psychology where she helps people learn to have healthy, pleasurable relationships with themselves, others, and their bodies, overcoming weight stigma, trauma, and repressive sexual and gender norms. She provides online therapy to residents of California.        Learn more about Linda Baggett Men’s Body Trust Group starts January http://www.bvmrd.com/groups Self-Care for Diabetes https://www.selfcare4diabetes.com More about Aaron http://www.bvmrd.com/ More about Glenys https://daretonotdiet.wordpress.com/
