In October of 2017 a homeless veteran named Johnny Bobbitt used his last $20 to buy gas for a woman who was stranded on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia.  In return, she created a GoFundMe campaign with her boyfriend to raise money for Bobbitt to thank him...turns out it was all a scam.
