Until she decided to carve her own f*cking path, and ditch the comfort and safety of a 10 year relationship - for a bold move to Asia. 

Myrthe then went from working 70 hours a week, never stopping, suffering from adrenal fatigue, eczema and unhappy with her life…to eventually having freedom, filling her days with things she loves and a career that nourishes her soul. And all that while living a great life in Lisbon, Portugal. She now runs her own business in holistic life coaching and teaches yoga, meditation & breathwork. She dedicates her work to helping people reconnect to their bodies, ‘unstuck’ themselves and get what they want from life.
