At this time in our lives, while having families, or being empty nesters… the day to day routines can really do a number to our sex lives! I’ve got a couple of suggestions for you that might just spice it up a bit.
I’d also like your advice on what to do when we Get to that point. I’m not the end-all, for sure, as I’m going through it too. It’s hard to “come back” after a break up, or a marriage that’s headed in the wrong direction. Sometimes it takes a girlfriend to confide in, or a therapist to work with, or just passing notes back and forth through a podcast like this one.
