Ph.D. in Self Hatred is a podcast on mental health, emotional well-being, and all things life. Lauren Colletti, an all-but dissertation doctoral candidate in clinical psychology, uses her expertise in behavioral health and personal experiences to educate the listeners on psychological wellness, overcoming unhealthy behaviors, and healing from trauma.
