Tatiana wears many hats as a student, researcher, teacher, counselor, and artist. In essence, she helps others feel and heal as a mental health professional and yoga teacher. Tatiana aims to infuse her approach to mental health with her interests in holistic wellness, yoga, and mindfulness. She has a focus on sex therapy and is currently researching female sexual desire by interviewing practicing sex therapists across the country. Additionally, she is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and teaches in a variety of settings including substance abuse recovery, juvenile justice, veterans affairs, and public studio classes.
