This month we chime in on the SAAM conversation with this year's theme "I ASK FOR CONSENT".

I'll talk about sexual abuse and how we can fight it, this is a very biased conversation as I speak a woman and based off my experiences as a woman. Nonetheless it's important to shed light on how abuse looks like, what to do when it happens and how to live a healthy life after such a traumatic life altering experience.
