The Village strives to amplify the voices in the conversation by raising awareness and beginning to understand SGBV as our society takes measure towards protecting the safety of our peoples.

Linked below is a petition outlining a variety of things that the new Zambian government can do to ensure that safety does not exclude women. Society cannot be said to be a safe place when the most vulnerable live in fear everyday of sexual assault in the streets, at work and at home.
