* HALT - be careful when you’re Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired.

* Staying in God’s Word is key - use the truth of God’s Word to fight off the lie of the devil.

* But if you fall, confess it to God and to your accountability brothers.

* Do NOT hide it, but don’t blab it to the world either.

* Our hope is only in Jesus Christ!

* Psalms 32 - this is the key to David being a man after God’s own heart even though he failed miserably in this category.
