If a close friend or confidant were to ask, how is your sexual fantasy life? How would that feel? What would be stirred in you? And how would you define a sexual fantasy? Improbable or unrealistic mental pictures and movies that play in our minds provoking disruptive arousal? Or when it comes to our sexual fantasy life is something deeper or even life giving going on? I tell some stories of how desiring to understand by explaining some of my fantasies helped me reach a new level of peace, well-being and freedom.
