This Father's Day, instead of celebrating an absent father, I'm sharing how I was affected from growing up without one and how I healed after meeting him on the internet and spending 10 years on a lousy relationship.

In this raw and honest episode, I walk you through my healing journey and my process of re-fathering myself-- becoming my own protective, decision-making, action-taking force instead of looking for one outside of myself.

This one is especially for the women who grew up without a father, who've struggled with love addiction, and who are ready to finally heal their relationship with the father wound — whether that's a biological father or the Divine Father within.

One month ago (1/22) I set out for a new adventure- nearly a month long trip in New York City. I had a few plans, a bare bones structure, but I was not prepared (or was I?) for what Spirit had in store for me.

"Trust, Nicole, Trust" that all will work out divinely- and it did.
