As we venture down the road of recovery, there are many obstacles that may arise. If we are not careful about the people we surround ourselves with, the activities we participate in, and the situations we place ourselves in, the chances of a relapse increase. However, if we can learn what the signs of relapse are, and learn to recognize them, then we can develop a game plan and avoid going back down the road of addiction.
