In business and in life, you want to get as many advantages as you can. If you have a good strategic advantage over your opponent, you will win more, be more successful, and probably have more money. And so we all try to achieve these advantages in every aspect of our lives. Today, this week, I want to talk about how to get some of these advantages. Some call them unfair. I call them your due reward. I'll tell you how to do it right after this.

One big unfair advantage is speed. If you can copy the market faster than other people, you will succeed. We have to be honest: original ideas are risky and slow, but when you copy, you're doing something that's already working, and so the risk disappears. The marketplace has already voted. What you want to do is find out what's happening in the big city and bring it to your city as fast as you can.
