Episode 3 is out now! Welcome our first guest…… Giselle! Come listen as we talk about life in Hong Kong before moving to Auckland to write her chapter as a PhD candidate. If you are wondering what PhD life is like, this one is for you! Giselle completed her BSc, PGDip and MSc in Biological Science at the University of Auckland. She is currently in the third year of her PhD, investigating the effect of dietary zinc on the gut microbiome of a mouse model of autism spectrum disorder. She is aiming to state a postdoc next year.
