From the artist Joshua Allison's own words, Music can alleviate emotional pain and reactivate neurons in the brain, thus helping one remember. With this, music changes people for the better, while at the same time, brings them together. If music can change people, it can change the world. This is my gift back to those who provided the songs that helped me through rough times—particularly childhood insecurities, drug addiction, and emotional trauma—as well as celebrating times on the other side of the spectrum.
