Boundaries who is she?

Boundaries can be hard to navigate when you have been a people pleasing person all your life. You start questioning yourself Am I being dramatic? Am I overreacting? Am I being selfish? 

It feels weird and doesn't sit well but once the boundary is up it can bring peace in your life. Listen in to see how the universe gave me multiple tower moments in order to place boundaries in my life.
