Baz is the CEO of REAL Construction Group based in Toronto and his mindset from a young age has always been to work for himself and be an Entrepreneur. Although he grew up in the toughest of times and wasn’t hanging around with the right group of people, he somehow find his way out of the bad and into the good. 

His Mindset started shifting when he became part of a Network Marketing company for a few years who helped change his perspective of life. He has always been a hard worker and loves taking massive action in whatever he chooses to do.
