Ingredients:
- 2 Shaarkandi (Sweet Potato) - peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Dry Chilli (Optional)
- ½ Tsp Dhaniya Powder
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves
- Sendha (Rock) Salt to Taste
Method:
- Take a nonstick pan, heat oil in it
- Add dried chilli, when its done, add sliced shakarkandi
- Cover, cook for 5 mins
- Add coriander powder and leaves, salt and mix well
- Cover and cook for 10 mins
- Serve hot
