Are people talking you down and telling you, you can't amount to anything? The only validation seem to come from strangers instead of your family or friends. Are you blaming yourself for the death of a loved one and wish you could have done more. Do you have this thought in your head 'if I could have just listened, be there or stay longer, maybe, just maybe she wouldn't have committed suicide or he wouldn't have given up'. Does this guilt and pain weigh on your mind all the time and you don't know how to go pass it, to be the person you want to be. I want you to know, it's not your fault. You must forgive yourself, seek professional help if you have to, talk to someone, a friend or a therapist as this will help you unburden your mind. Let go of the guilt and start living again.
