Hebrews 12 challenges us to throw off all that hinders us from pursuing Jesus, to leave behind the sin which so easily entangles us. We are taught to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross, despising its shame.
