If we think about that feeling, it doesn't come from our head. It comes from our body. So as soon as we start thinking that we have to do something, we need to stop, take that breath and say, Okay, I need to anchor back in my body. What am I truly experiencing? What am I feeling right now? Out of my head, into my heart?
