Today, I want to share my experience at a women's healing retreat focused on the Triple Goddess—maiden, mother, and crone—using the powerful plant medicine Kambo. The maiden embodies youth and independence, while the mother represents fertility and nurturing, and the crone symbolizes wisdom and transformation. 

During the retreat, I connected deeply with the mother archetype, releasing shame tied to societal expectations. I emerged with the empowering mantra: "I am a powerful, radiant Shakti connected to my womb, wisdom, and the magic of life."
