Shame and guilt is a prevalent issue in the lives of Christians and non-Christians alike. Shame and guilt can cripple us from accepting forgiveness and moving forward in the plans and calling that the Lord has called us to. For the student, shame and guilt can even touch our academics and what we believe that we can achieve. In the life of an online student, this can present in a variety of ways: guilt for less time spent with children, shame for our grades, being embarrassed to ask for help and more.
