I would like to cover a variety of topics relating to mental health. Some of these will include: Shame, depression, anxiety, and anger. My first 12 episodes will speak to the shame people feel in their lives. I have worked in the mental health field for 8+ years. A big desire of mine is to share the hope that is found in Jesus in the crisis situations people encounter. Many doubt that God’s word, the Bible, contains answers to the Spiritual problems within one’s mental health. I desire to share how God‘s truth can impact a person’s anger, depression, anxiety, and shame.
