In part 2 of our much needed discussion on shame, we are talking about the SOLUTION. Sara and I dive into exactly why there is no "quick fix" for shame, but there is a solution, and it's a spiritual one. Maybe you've asked yourself if Jesus actually understands your shame.  Join us as we look at the cross and the shame that Jesus endured. Not only does identifying with Jesus in our shame take us to a place of honor, but it also allows us to better understand and relate to Him! Once we begin to realize that, it is time to put our shame into words and go to war against the chains that hold us in bondage.
