Simon Cavicchia is an executive coach and consultant whose work focuses on making vulnerability more ordinary and bringing our feelings of shame and anxiety into everyday conversations. 

With a background of working with national charities, the media and social care and as a member at Hult Ashbridge Business School Simon is here today to share his journey with shame and anxiety as a consultant and a human himself. Simon discusses how our childhood experiences and perceived truths, grown from ideas mirrored to us by society, schools and sometimes our parents can impact us as leaders, team members and colleagues.
