Greg and Dan chat with Daniel Haney, who has been part of Peoria’s Irish Fest for an incredible 28 years! He shares what makes this event one of the Midwest’s premier celebrations of Irish culture.

This year’s festival features over 20 bands performing across 4 stages, bringing nonstop music and entertainment all weekend long. Guests can enjoy authentic Irish food: including meat pies, festive fare, sweet treats, and ice cream, alongside a wide selection of beverages. Beyond the music and food, visitors can explore Irish cultural exhibits, dancing, shopping, and family-friendly activities that showcase the rich traditions of Ireland.

The festival runs:

• Friday: 4:00 PM – close

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (beginning with a special morning Mass at 10:30 AM)
