Shana Ackles has been an integral part of doubling the size of Keller Williams Alaska Group over the past 7 years. She has served as Broker in Charge, New Agent Training, Coaching, and Assistant Team Leader.  

On a daily basis she coaches multiple top producing agents and partners within other industries, schedules and organizes training, and manages the staff and agents at Keller Williams.
