Shane Walsh

Shane Walsh grew up in his family’s construction business, where he developed a deep appreciation for property renovation and development. After serving in the Marine Corps, he became a homeowner and real estate investor, facing challenges like managing contractor accountability and funding materials. These experiences led him to create Home Equity Invoice Agreements (HEIA), a system that aligns incentives between contractors and investors, improves project outcomes, and optimizes cash flow. As a first-time homeowner, Shane overcame financial hurdles by using creative solutions like promotional credit card offers to fund projects while stationed without a housing allowance. Later, he launched a successful fix-and-flip business, leveraging his construction knowledge and leadership skills from the military. With three decades of experience, Shane designed HEIA to address industry pain points, providing a transformative framework for contractors, homeowners, and investors alike.
