Under a year ago, Shan was being flown around the world to race with her team as a pro-level cyclist
While on tour, Shan made a life-altering decision - to leave her entire career in cycling to follow her heart.
Shan decided to bravely step away from the spotlight & into the unknown.
Around 6 months later, Shan had become a yoga teacher & begun her own coaching practice.
Shan broke through fears, and an old identity and developed new beliefs that have allowed her to powerfully step into a vision that is authentically her own.
I was very grateful to coach Shannon through making this transition.

Nash Mackey is a leading Transformational Coach & Leadership Mentor in Australia who has helped thousands of people, including pro-level athletes & other high-performing leaders, to eliminate sub-conscious blocks & tap into their true potential to create an exceptional experience of life.
He is head trainer for Joel Brown’s Influential Coach program & offers 1:1 coaching & group training to his own clients drawing on many learned modalities such as rapid transformation therapy, hypnosis, strategic intervention, belief clearing & transformational breathwork.
As an army combat medic Nash saw others at their most vulnerable from birth to death which was the catalyst that inspired him to support others in making the most of life. Overcoming addiction, having a home destroyed, being on the verge of bankruptcy & watching his 3-month-old baby have open heart surgery are all personal experiences that only made him stronger & more determined to create an impact.
