Shantala Sriramaiah, founder of Veda Studies, continues a family tradition of devotional chanting that began in her native Bangalore, India, where her mother Saroja, a chanting teacher, taught a large community for over thirty years. Alongside her online courses, Shantala leads in-person chanting retreats in India and Europe, creating immersive spaces for practice and connection.
She now lives in Lugano, Switzerland, with her husband and two children.
