This is Summer's story:

Imagine stepping into a new world with no prior experience, only to unexpectedly find your calling. That's precisely what happened when a young woman from Boulder, Colorado, stumbled into the world of leadership development. With an educational background in equine reproduction, she never thought her life would take a detour into managing the operations of a veterinary hospital.

Overnight, she found herself leading a team, and though it was a bumpy start, her passion and interest in leadership development grew exponentially. Over time, she worked with numerous veterinarians and discovered a problematic gap in their education - the lack of leadership and communication skills. Fueled by this, she made it her mission to help those struggling to find their footing in management and leadership roles, creating lasting change and strengthening organizations from within.
