In this next series Ben shares the "Shaping the Heart of a Coach" sessions that are normally done during the TREC coaches training of Ambassadors Football in Africa.

This first session looks at the coach as an influencer who may teach what he/she knows to the players, but who needs to understand that they will reproduce who they are. Who I am as Coach then becomes a vital question in my development as a coach.
