This month host Clare Routledge welcomes Alison Coulson to reflect on her mixed experiences of trying to claim death benefits from her late husband's various different pension providers. Clare is then joined by fellow Vidett Trustees Curtis Mitchell and Shaun Kilcoyne, who work across defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes as well as our Life Assurance Master Trust team, to understand how we can use these important learnings going forwards.
