This episode is a step into the unkown for us because, for the first time ever, we have decided to create a short 10 min podcast to explain a bit about the HT vacancy at Robin Hood Academy which will go live at the end of January 2023. Whenever we apply for jobs it is always a nerve wracking process and so we wanted to try an alleviate some of that by giving a sense of what the job entails and what the Trust stands for. We've recorded this in a conversational style between Steve Taylor (CEO) and Joe Purnell (School Improvement Lead). At the end of the podcast we have also invited Anna Stevenson (Headteacher at Birches Green) to give her view on what it is like to be a HT in the Trust.
