Hey what's up guys, 

On today's episode, I record myself in video form in an effort to invite you to listen to what I have to say. I do a little intro, make it more casual, and vamp up the audio quality for y'all. 

The purpose of today's message is to share something with the world. We have a great tool called Social Media that we can use to get ourselves out there, otherwise we're left in the dark. Not to sound too dramatic though. I think putting yourself out there is another way of telling yourself you exist and that you matter. It won't be perfect. You won't sound great the first time around. But I think people want to know who you are. 

This is the work it takes to get there. To align yourself to your goals. To try something new. To learn more about yourself. Just do, and the rest will follow.
