This week we're talking about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its impacts on coliving businesses.

Emmanuel Guisset is the Founder & CEO of Outsite, coliving for those who love to combine work and play. Years ago, he was working hard in Silicon Valley on a Belgium travel tech company, but yearned for that work-life balance of surfing and enjoying time outside.

Emmanuel drove down the coast and came across Santa Cruz, which sparked the idea that maybe it was possible to enjoy all that California has to offer. He packed his bags and created a remote office there which, to his surprise, increased his productivity more than ever. He began working from co-working spaces and loved the networking and collaborative spirit it created. Emmanuel realized that this same effect could be created for a flexible living space. From this experience, Outsite was born.

Fast-forwarding to now, Outsite has multiple locations across both Northern and Southern California and stays true to its roots of combining productivity and community for passionate individuals.
