Sharifa is one of the only female coders of colour. And not only that, but she made the career leap into coding later on in life, whereas a lot of her peers grew up immersed in coding (not to be confused with codeine).

Sharifa shares the power of following her passion, pushing herself out of her comfort zone and becoming the role model she didn’t have.
