Sharing our faith with family can be one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of our spiritual journey. It’s easy to feel intimidated, fearing rejection or awkward conversations. We might worry about saying the wrong thing or not having all the answers. However, the story of the man from whom Jesus cast out demons offers a beautiful, simple model for us. After his life was transformed, his first instinct was to follow Jesus. But Jesus gave him a different mission: "Go home to your own people."
