Harry Waterman previously worked for Direct Entry Solutions as a Customer Service Administrator and for the last five years has worked for Deutsche Post in a number of customer facing roles and is currently a Customer Solutions Manager. Harry has a formal diagnosis of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) which is a neurodiverse condition that affects people's behaviour.
In this episode Harry shares his unique and insightful experiences with ADHD from diagnosis to current day. He shares how ADHD impacts his
day-to-day life and what skills he has developed due to his disability. He reflects on the negative perception of ADHD in society and challenges misconceptions.
