One reason I love doing these podcast episodes is because I learn so much about myself and I learn so much from my brother. I had no idea I had a problem with being proud of myself. This is something I'm sure other people deal with too. This also made me analyze my joy and contentment in life. I think it's important we all take time to reflect on the positives and negatives of life. You may lean towards the negatives or lean towards the positives, but it's always important to find time to reflect on both.Let us know your thoughts on this!- PB
